Located Across from the Public Beach & Walkable to ALL of Manasota Key
We offer slips to transient and liveaboard boaters with small to large (up to 55’ LOA) boats on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.* We charge a flat monthly rate for all liveaboards. Water, weekly pump-outs, laundry and ice are all included in our liveaboard rate. We have 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen for the use of all liveaboards along with an assigned parking space.
